Monday .. A lunch date, and retail therapy at European largest mall. We thought we would start at the top end shops, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Armani, Tiffany. Luckily they were shut, not open until 10.00' otherwise we might have Ben tempted to buy a $25 000 watch or two, yeah right! A fascinating place, lots of eateries, the usual shops plus some different ones of interest. Good people watching place too. Our mission to make people smile mostly successful.... We hunted to find a copy of the times newspaper and a red rosé as this is how our lunch date was going to recognise us. He had suggested we dressed as kiwis, or wear all blacks shirts, but we opted for the saner version. However, after half an hour of standing with aforementioned paper and rose (well, actually one of those rosette bows for presents as real red roses were costly) and looking intently at every tall and bespectacled man, we had clearly been stood up!! So we went and treated ourselves to lunch and walked hoe again. Later Andy messaged to say he was not well that day, so we forgave him. That evening we up dined out at the house of Peter's 59 productions colleagues. A magical evening, but late, not getting home until midnight as the Leo lived an hour away by tube. We are super tube experts!!! No pictures today though Aroha had an adventure in the bear shop!! See his blog! http://uk.westfield.com/london/ For a website of the Westfield Mall.
